Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead our backup team in Warsaw and Gdansk. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data protection and business continuity.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective backup strategies to ensure high availability of client environments
  • Manage a team of 7-8 members to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and administer backup infrastructure
  • Conduct regular reviews of backup activity monitors to identify issues and resolve problems
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in data protection and business continuity
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of high-availability implementations in large-scale environments
  • Expertise in backup/restore processes, including IBM Spectrum Protect
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure forecasting and capacity planning
  • English fluency is mandatory
Salary and Benefits
