The Regulatory Affairs Manager will play a key role in ensuring compliance with European regulations impacting ingredients and raw materials. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Global Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, R&D, Manufacturing, EHS, Legal, and Procurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor changing European regulations and assess their impact on Colgate's portfolio.
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure continued product and ingredient compliance.
  • Support the improvement of effective communication flows for intelligence gathered, inside and outside the Regulatory department.
  • Provide clear and actionable regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Global Regulatory Affairs Manager responsible for Flavors and Fragrances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Masters in chemistry, pharmacy, or related science with strong chemistry knowledge.
  • A minimum of +4 years of experience in regulatory affairs working on ingredients and raw materials.
  • Fluency in English and another European language.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the European markets and regulators.
  • Ability to analyze new regulations and assess their impact on FMCG business or New Product Development programs.
  • Strategic thinking, data analysis, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Regulatory Intelligence Tools and Google tools for Data management and analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
