The Cybersecurity Operations Integration Lead reports directly into the 'Head of Sustainable Cybersecurity Operations', overseeing a small team responsible for onboarding new technologies, business services logging feeds, and cybersecurity tooling into the Global Cybersecurity Operations Security Operation Centre (SOC).

This role requires proactive and collaborative stakeholder engagements across the technology landscape, working closely with technology owners and operational security teams to continuously review and manage onboarding requests.

We're seeking an experienced professional to develop, implement, and maintain a technology and log ingestion framework aligned to control requirements and supporting a cyber-threat intelligence led approach to threat detection, response, and containment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining a technology and log ingestion framework.
  • Establishing a flexible stakeholder engagement model for proactive and reactive collaboration.
  • Building strong processes and collaborative working practices with supporting teams.
  • Maintaining relationships and engagements with technology and platform owner stakeholders.
  • Safeguarding governance across all Cyber Ops Integration activities.
  • Setting team goals and objectives and managing staff performance.
  • Driving continuous improvement through a functional strategy aligned to the wider Sustainable Operations and Global Cybersecurity Operations & Intelligence strategy.

Requirements:

  • Formal education and advanced degree in Information Security, Cyber-security, Computer Science, or similar.
  • Experience in a cybersecurity or technical leadership position, preferably in finance or a similarly regulated sector.
  • Excellent knowledge and demonstrated experience of common cybersecurity technologies.
  • Good understanding of network protocols and analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, incident response tools, and SIEM systems.
