About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with multitasking abilities, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure. As a Marine Fit-Out Specialist, you will be responsible for leading our interior project team and ensuring the successful delivery of our interior projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead the engineering and project preparation team to deliver interior projects on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects.
  • Financial Planning: Plan and manage labor and material finances to ensure interior projects meet budget requirements.
  • Travel Requirements: Conduct extensive global travel for work onboard ships and various offices (frequent business trips).
Requirements:
  • Experience: Sound experience in implementing turnkey interior projects, preferably in ship interiors.
  • Education: Education in an appropriate field of study, such as architectural, construction, or shipbuilding.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve project goals.
  • Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
