GCP Systems Engineer

Job Role Summary

As a Backend Infrastructure Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing reliable, secure, and scalable back-end services using Google Cloud Platform. Your primary responsibilities include working with customers to design and build GCP-based infrastructures and landing zones, assisting with infrastructure architectures and technical documentation, and being part of the technical advisory team responsible for secure cloud foundational implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with customers to design and build GCP-based infrastructures and landing zones

• Assist with infrastructure architectures and technical documentation

• Implement infrastructure modernization projects using Google Cloud Products

• Be part of the technical advisory and cloud infrastructure team responsible for secure cloud foundational implementations, automated provisioning of infrastructure and applications, and cloud-ready applications architecture

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development

• Expert knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and its infrastructure offerings

• Experience with virtualization: servers, storage, networks, IAM

• Expertise in hybrid connectivity and data center exit strategies

• Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Network Engineer

• Awareness of Google's Cloud Foundation Toolkit and landing zone implementations
