We are Holisticon Connect, a division of NEXER GROUP, a custom software development company based in Poland. Our team has grown to over 140 people with offices in Wrocław, Warsaw, and Cracow.

As a certified AWS partner, we have the opportunity to work on exciting international projects in cutting-edge industries like Automotive, Biotech, IoT. We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team.

The platform called Combine is currently being developed by our team in collaboration with Swedish client team. It covers all aspects of Swedish social care and services:

  • Allows for creating social services applications,
  • Aids in performing social care investigations,
  • Gathers information about citizens social status,
  • Allows for defining and dispatching social care actions,
  • Provides a platform for reporting the actions,
  • Creates and dispatches financial settlements for social services

The chosen candidate will be working as a Full Stack Developer. This position involves collaborating with the Swedish client team to develop the mentioned platform.

The job offer includes a choice between B2B or Employment Contract:

  • UoP: approximately 14,000 PLN gross/month
  • B2B: 120-150 PLN net/hour + VAT

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer;
  • Experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+ and most used frameworks/libraries (ASP .NET, EF, MediatR, Polly, Serilog, SignalR, Swagger etc.),
  • Experience with Typescript, React and most used frameworks/libraries (react-hook-form, react-router, RTK, Redux etc.),
  • Experience with MS SQL or PostgreSQL,
  • Hands-on experience with writing tests for Backend and Frontend,
  • Self-driven, ownership mentality, likes to learn, follows best practices, enjoys teamwork with good communication skills;
  • Ability to start work immediately or with a maximum of one month's notice;
  • Located in Poland;
  • Communicative English.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Kubernetes and Docker;
  • GitHub and GitHub workflows;
  • Understanding of common practices/design patterns like SOLID, CQRS, DDD etc.
