Job Summary

Intel is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying automation solutions for continuous testing of performance libraries. You will work closely with development and quality teams to understand infrastructure needs, develop and test appropriate tools, and ensure compliance with Intel's IT guidelines and other regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy automation solutions for continuous testing of performance libraries
  • Collaborate with development and quality teams to understand infrastructure needs
  • Develop and test appropriate tools to ensure compliance with Intel's IT guidelines and other regulatory bodies
  • Oversee the entire delivery process, from managing source code to release staging and disaster recovery planning
  • Proactively identify areas for automation and improvement in pipeline efficiency and reliability

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science with 2+ years of relevant DevOps experience
  • Hands-on experience/proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, build management tools, scripting languages, and Linux and/or Windows administration
  • Good knowledge of Python is mandatory
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux and/or Windows administration
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and results-oriented skills
  • Great critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effectively communicate in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some exposure to AI and knowledge of MLOps
  • Experience with public/private cloud computing platforms, containerization, and orchestration
  • Configuration/Infrastructure automation management with tools like Ansible, Salt Stack, Chef, or Puppet
  • Monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or Zabbix
