Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Shiji Group. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing a part of a distributed system that serves the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform requirements analysis, documenting, and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and developers.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to help maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver distributed functionality.
  • Ensure the team has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
  • Research and analyze market, users, and the roadmap for the product.

Qualifications:

  • Previous working experience as an IT Business Analyst for 3 years.
  • MA in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant fields.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with microservices architecture and REST API.
  • Database understanding (SQL skills).
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM team.
  • Creative thinker.
  • Attention to details.
  • Fluent in English.
