About the Role
As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of the third-party vendor, including budget, procurement, and delivery.
- Working closely with the vendor to define and prioritize their roadmap alongside HSBC priorities.
- Ensuring the vendor's quality processes align with HSBC standards, including risk assessment and management.
- Developing relationships with the Global SAGE IT team, Business teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong technical knowledge of Cloud technologies, databases, and data models, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Kubernetes.
- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
- Proven leadership and change management skills, with experience in driving transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
