Job Title: Board Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Board Assistant to join our team at LeasingTeam Group. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screens and prioritizes written requests and calls from internal and external stakeholders.
- Manages and updates the delegation contacts list.
- Organizes meetings and appointments for the management team.
- Takes minutes of meetings and tracks deadlines with stakeholders.
- Writes formal and informal correspondence in Polish and English.
- Files and shares documents for the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant in a similar field.
- University degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- English minimum C1 level and full professional fluency in Polish.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
What We Offer:
- Employment contract.
- One-year contract with possibility of extension.
- Stationary work with possibility of hybrid work arrangement.
- Work schedule from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Mon-Fri).
- 13 annual salary.
