Job Title: Board Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Board Assistant to join our team at LeasingTeam Group. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screens and prioritizes written requests and calls from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manages and updates the delegation contacts list.
  • Organizes meetings and appointments for the management team.
  • Takes minutes of meetings and tracks deadlines with stakeholders.
  • Writes formal and informal correspondence in Polish and English.
  • Files and shares documents for the management team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant in a similar field.
  • University degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • English minimum C1 level and full professional fluency in Polish.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

What We Offer:

  • Employment contract.
  • One-year contract with possibility of extension.
  • Stationary work with possibility of hybrid work arrangement.
  • Work schedule from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Mon-Fri).
  • 13 annual salary.
