As a key member of our ServiceNow team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and innovation through the strategic use of the ServiceNow platform. With a focus on the Strategic Portfolio Management module, you will ensure seamless alignment with our business objectives and maximize platform entitlements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction for ServiceNow, developing reusable components, automation, and integrations to unlock platform features.
  • Product Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to co-develop the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Solution Design and Development: Work with business units to design, build, test, and maintain scalable solutions, including necessary documentation.
  • Integration and Enhancement: Enhance and maintain solutions created by ServiceNow vendors, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and innovation using ServiceNow best practices and latest features, leveraging Design Thinking, scripting, and UI/UX skills.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow, including platform knowledge, data model, app development, scripting, and integrations.
  • ServiceNow Experience: Over 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including technical architecture, design, and solutions, specifically in Service Portal and mobile apps.
  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow modules, especially Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like ServiceNow Agile Dev Plugin.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution and expectation-setting.
  • Change Management: Extensive experience in change management, introducing new features to end-users through training, documentation, and feedback.
