Realtime CG Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Realtime CG Supervisor to join our team at The Mill. As a key member of our Realtime team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various projects, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual effects.

• Lead all aspects of CG planning and execution for projects of various types.
• Collaborate with CG, 2D, and R&D teams to find the best solutions to technical and creative challenges.
• Bid and plan work, interacting with clients and managing their expectations.
• Provide regular guidance and constructive feedback to artists, ensuring that all teams meet the visual style and quality bar.
• Plan and develop our Realtime pipeline, researching new developments in graphics software and technology.

• Experience in creative leadership roles with demonstrated success.
• Advanced CG Artist experience, preferably in the Gaming and VFX Industry.
• Expert skills working with Unreal Engine, Unity, and Frostbite.
• Some technical skills with blueprints, scripting, and troubleshooting, and experience working with developers and engineers.
• Experience with VFX pipelines, Maya, and Houdini.
• Some Virtual Production experience is preferred.
