Job Title: Junior HR

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior HR to join our team at PLES DXC TECHNOLOGY POLSKA sp. z o.o. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and updating HR records, delivering HR transactional services, and preparing reports concerning the personnel administration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and update HR records related to new hires, terminations, hours worked, promotions, etc.
  • Deliver HR transactional services in a specific area, such as employment, training, compensation, benefits, or pensions.
  • Prepare reports concerning the personnel administration process.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer's employees, HR departments, and third parties for HR and Payroll related questions.

Requirements:

  • Very good command of English (min. B2) and Italian (min. B2).
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Focus on details.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work under time-pressure.
