Travel Expense Accountant

Our competitive salary package includes a financial allowance for remote work, which allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. The estimated annual salary for this role is €45,000 - €60,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

As a Travel Expense Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global travel expense accounting system. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Independent recording, checking, and approval of customer travel expenses in compliance with legal, tax, and company guidelines
• Booking travel expenses and creating standardized reports
• Completing administrative tasks and advising customers on travel expense accounting issues

You will be working closely with our clients to ensure their travel expenses are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in travel expense accounting, preferably with a market-leading system (e.g. SAP, LOGA, or comparable)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and strong service and customer orientation skills
• Fluent German language skills
