Job Responsibilities
  1. Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement through regular connects, discussions, top talent connects, leadership connects, conduct skip level meetings, onboard new employees into the company branch in Poland & Hungary.
  2. Career Management: Enable career movements for employees within/outside the country and create awareness of career paths.
  3. Attrition Management: Proactively connect with employees to ensure problems are addressed, connect with managers, and conduct retention reversal discussions. Guide exiting employees through the attrition process and system transactions.
  4. Talent Management processes: Drive executions of talent management processes in the account or anchor central HR processes as a SPOC for the account.
  5. Ensure process coverage across assigned range, track progress of completion, and follow up to get it on track.
  6. Drive specific HR interventions and anchor local policies/procedures creation & execution as a SPOC for the Country e.g. Social Benefit Fund, benefit policy, etc.
  7. Act as HR Ambassador for DEI & Wipro cares initiatives implementation on a local level.
  8. HR Support for Business Strategy Implementation: Partner with relevant stakeholders to support business strategy and provide HR support for business-aligned projects. Org Restructuring Support: Rebadging/Reverse Rebadging.
  9. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with local regulations and escalation management, handle escalations effectively and bring them to a satisfactory closure.
  10. Bench Management – Take timely action on all bench cases.
  11. PIP Closure – Drive PIP initiation, track regularly, and close.
  12. Take timely action for non-performance cases.
  13. Regular review of time & attendance challenges and addressing them to business.
  14. Addressing labor law and other noticed compliance gaps.
