We are seeking a DYNAMIC SAP TRANSFORMATION EXPERT to join our team

About the Role:

The role of Dynamic SAP Transformation Expert involves developing individual solutions to overcome challenges resulting from the digitization of existing business models and the development of new ones.

You will lead innovative strategy projects at top management level in a promising and international working environment, working on digital topics of the future in an international Capgemini network.

You will be up to date on trends around technologies & shared services and have an understanding of impacts on different business areas and models of SAP S/4 Hana, Cloud Transition, Central Finance.

About You:

  • You have more than five years of relevant professional experience, including at least four years in a consultancy or in industry as part of an in-house consulting team with an exclusive focus on strategic transformation and improvement projects (cross-divisional) with a focus on ERP, platform and technology strategy/ transformation.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English.
  • You have proficient knowledge of SAP S4/Hana, cloud migration, strategic technology transformation in financial domain – SAP finance and controlling, from implementation perspective.
  • You have a good understanding of SAP S4/Hana best practices in FICO domain. You are up to date on trends around technologies & business processes in this area, have an understanding of impacts on different business models, of SAP S/4 Hana, Cloud Transition, Central Finance.
  • You have understanding of improvements and value proposition of SAP in FICO domain.
  • You enjoy combining digital topics, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the ability to think conceptually and analytically.
  • You have leadership skills and experience in personnel responsibility; experience in leading performance-oriented teams, experience in building teams.
  • Ideally: you have experience in customer acquisition of strategic transformation projects.
  • You have experience in personal consulting of CFOs in organizations, as well as a "thought partner/advisor" on current trends in the areas of technology strategy, enterprise transformation, cloud, SAP S4/ HANA, ideally a strong profile as an expert on common digital transformation topics.
  • You have strong presentation and communication skills in the English-speaking international environment.
  • You have pronounced willingness to travel (travel at home and abroad up to a maximum of 30% (50% in exceptional cases).
