About This Position

This IT Security Specialist role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at ArcelorMittal BCOE.

ResponsibilitiesPentesting Web Applications

• Conduct manual and automated pentests of Web applications according to schedule or on-demand
• Perform discovery scans within a given scope to identify existing applications not yet listed in inventory
• Gather necessary information to conduct authenticated and/or non-authenticated tests
• Maintain solutions used for automated scans, ensuring proper scheduling and least privilege principle
• Support local units in executing post-pentest recommendations

Security Tools Management

• Assist the SOC team in monitoring EDR, NDR, SIEM platforms when required
• Ensure security monitoring tools function correctly
• Support the team in deploying necessary security tools in the infrastructure
• Contribute to the development of operating capabilities among team members
• Interpret results of vulnerability scans in the context of ongoing security incidents

Possible Career Advancements

• Develop expertise in security, forensics, or purple team pentests
• Expand technical domains to be covered
• Burp Pro, Nmap
• Purplemet, Qualys, Bitsight
• Vulnerability scanner, preferably Tenable Security Center

Requirements

• Essential understanding of at least 3 knowledge domains:
• Web Application pentesting
• Windows/AD Administration
• Linux Administration
• Networking
• Security Monitoring
• Vulnerability management
• Forensics & Incident Response
• Good knowledge and strong interest in IT Security (best-practices, standards, technology)
• A proven experience working with security tools like AV, EDR, SIEM, NDR
• Experience handling security incidents as an advantage
• Quick learner with strong time management skills
• Able to work in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and good attention to details
• Curiosity and ability to learn

Estimated Salary: €60000 - €90000 per annum
