We are seeking a skilled Cloudinary SDK Developer to contribute to the development and maintenance of our SDKs across both frontend and backend environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain SDKs for frontend frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue, ensuring ease of use and high performance for developers.
  • Contribute to backend SDKs in languages like Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP to provide comprehensive solutions that integrate with Cloudinary's APIs.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure SDKs meet user needs and fit within Cloudinary's larger platform ecosystem.
  • Engage with the open-source community, contributing to Cloudinary's public repositories and interacting with developers for feedback and improvements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while ensuring thorough testing and code reviews.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue and proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Knowledge and experience with backend development in at least one language (e.g., Python, Ruby, Java, PHP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, cloud services, and media management workflows is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining SDKs or libraries, with a focus on developer usability and performance optimization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first team and contribute to open-source projects.
