We're seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining production plans that align with our sales forecasts and customer demands.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and updating production schedules based on incoming orders and sales data,
• Verifying plan execution by collaborating with factories and other departments,
• Creating scenarios to analyze production capacity and sales plans,
• Providing recommendations for production plans and strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in FMCG or Automotive industries,
• Fluent English language skills,
• Experience in demand planning and forecasting,
• Knowledge of product life cycle management,
• A continuous improvement mindset,
• Effective relationship-building skills,
• Familiarity with planning tools like SAP and Excel,
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
