Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound support to merchants by addressing and resolving campaign or account-related issues.
- Nurture and grow existing merchant relationships through regular communication and outreach.
- Reconnect with former merchants to re-engage their partnership.
- Gain a deep understanding of merchants' businesses, products, services, consumer demographics, and revenue drivers.
- Optimize deals and promotions to facilitate revenue growth for merchants.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high merchant satisfaction.
Communication & Education:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for merchant collaborations.
- Communicate market insights and new growth opportunities to merchants.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to educate and support your merchant portfolio.
- Use knowledge of deal structure and strategies to achieve desired outcomes for both merchants and the company.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship management is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
