Job Title: Project Management Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator to serve as a Delivery Manager within our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the patience and skill to conduct thorough research, ask insightful questions, and have a basic understanding of project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee project activities, including outsourced partners, a Quality Assurance Specialist, a Web Developer, and graphic designers.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and project direction, ensuring efficient delivery.
  • Conduct research to gather and evaluate data, leveraging this information to support project outcomes and objectives.
  • Engage in proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and progress toward project goals.
  • Assess and adapt project management strategies and tools to enhance team coordination and project tracking.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a knack for handling large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a high level of patience and attention to detail.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Preferred background in project management software, though not mandatory.
