At TN Poland, we are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the e-commerce sector.

About the Role:

  • BUILD STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • LEAD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
  • EXECUTE SALES STRATEGY: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • MANAGE CLIENT EXPECTATIONS: Ensure exceptional client service and delivery of results-driven solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD: 2+ years of experience in ecommerce business development, sales, or a related field.
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN: Strong understanding of business principles, including financial management, market analysis, and strategic planning.
  • CUSTOMER FOCUS: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving client satisfaction.
