We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Poland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical support and excellent communication skills.

About the Job:
  • Provide first and second-level IT support for multiple customers via mail, chat, and calls.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be working closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
  • Polish language proficiency on at least B2 level and English language proficiency on at least B2 level.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
