Job Summary:

TN Poland seeks a highly skilled ICT Security Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will analyze organizational requirements, develop and maintain ICT security strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of legal frameworks and regulations governing ICT security
  • Development and maintenance of comprehensive ICT security strategies
  • Production of high-quality architectural documentation and specifications
  • Presentation of security architectures to stakeholders and leading discussions on their implementation
  • Establishment of secure development life cycles for systems, services, and products
  • Collaboration with security personnel and other teams to apply security principles in the architecture
  • Adaptation of security architectures to emerging threats and regulatory changes
  • Performance of market evaluations to identify suitable solutions for business needs
  • Contribution to the definition of security architectural blueprints and integration of new solutions with existing frameworks
  • Collaboration with the ICT Security Operations team to ensure seamless execution of security strategies

Qualifications:

  • EU Clearance required
  • Command of English language according to CEFR - C1 (Mandatory)
  • Combined post-secondary education and work experience of 7 years (Mandatory)
  • Degree: Level 6 degree in Computer Science or related field (Mandatory)
  • Advantageous education: Level 7 degree in Computer Science or related field (Optional)
  • Specific professional experience related to the profile:
  • At least 7 years hands-on experience in the design of ICT software systems (Mandatory)
  • At least 5 years hands-on experience in the design of ICT software systems in the area of ICT security (Mandatory)
  • Proficiency in ArchiMate modeling language specification (Optional)
  • At least 1 certification among CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA Chartered Security Architect – Practitioner Certificate (SCP) or equivalent (Mandatory)
  • Writes specifications, concept documents, end user and technical documentation (Mandatory)
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders on technical and user requirements matters (Mandatory)
