Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Katowice, Poland.

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated test scripts, as well as analyzing project requirements and defining testing needs. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing automated test scripts using commercial or proprietary frameworks
• Analyzing project requirements and defining testing needs
• Working with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions
• Maintaining automated test scripts and test automation strategy
• Defining, developing, and executing automatized test cases, analyzing test results, creating defects, and retesting them

You will also be responsible for planning and controlling test activities and reporting progress to the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Very good communication skills in English and German (at least B2 level for both)
• Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or similar
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automation testing
• Advanced programming skills (preferably Java or Python) and experience working with databases
• Familiarity with technologies such as Gherkin/Cucumber, Selenium Webdriver, Postman, REST Assured, Jira, Xray, Jenkins, and Git
• ISTQB certificate – nice to have
