Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team. As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, forecasting, and scheduling staffing needs to ensure efficient service performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, forecast, and schedule staffing needs to meet service level objectives.
  • Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to provide recommendations and support the design and deployment of WFM module training.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve staffing utilisation and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in influencing and building relationships.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands on time and changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Excel and ability to manipulate numerical data.
