Analyst / Analityk

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for data analysis and visualization. As a Global Project Analyst on Mercer's Advisory, Knowledge, and Insight (AKI) team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of strategic projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and clean data from client surveys
  • Analyze data to identify themes, trends, and patterns
  • Visualize data in simple, at-a-glance formats
  • Prepare and/or edit presentations in PowerPoint
  • Prepare project reports and dashboards
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
  • Conduct peer review / quality checks to ensure standards are being met
  • Assist project managers in scheduling meetings and managing project documentation
  • Participate in project meetings, contributing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of successfully contributing in a business environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including vlookup, pivot tables, macros, etc
  • An eye for design and ability to create visually appealing PowerPoint decks
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills - both for yourself and for others
  • Proactive mindset and ability to problem solve
  • Fluency in business English, both written & verbal
  • Comfort with large/complex data sets and experience with statistical analyses
