Cloud Service Development Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Service Development Team Lead to drive the development and delivery of innovative cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-stack development with expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.

The role requires hands-on experience with Serverless AWS architecture, a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), and proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with front-end frameworks React and Vue.js is also critical.

As a Cloud Service Development Team Lead, you will manage the technical team, mentor developers, make architectural decisions, and ensure the successful deployment of scalable cloud solutions that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
  • Manage task allocation, code reviews, and ensure high-quality code output.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, to define and deliver software solutions.

Technical Architecture & Development

  • Architect and develop scalable cloud and IoT applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Design and implement Serverless AWS solutions with services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and others.
  • Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to ensure streamlined development and automated deployments.

Agile & Process Optimization

  • Drive and manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring a collaborative, transparent, and efficient workflow.
  • Promote best practices in coding, documentation, testing, and deployment to ensure high quality and reliability of the software.

Strategic Decision-Making

  • Participate in high-level architectural discussions and decision-making with senior leadership.
  • Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to recommend the best solutions for long-term scalability and efficiency.
