Cybersecurity Manager

Fujitsu Technology Solutions Sp. z o.o., a leading Japanese ICT company, offers a wide range of technology products and services.

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead our IT security services improvement initiatives, develop conceptual models for delivery, and verify security offerings, policies, and procedures.

• Review current IT Security services implementation
• Drive IT security services improvements
• Develop conceptual models for security services delivery
• Verify security offerings, policies, and procedures
• Support sales teams in enhancing services to drive business growth
• Proactively promote security services and identify revenue opportunities
• Manage relationships with customers and suppliers at senior management levels

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Strong technical background in Networks, Security, Unix/Wintel
• Good knowledge of international security standards and risk management
• Experience in leading complex business initiatives
• Excellent communication skills and B2 level (or higher) English language proficiency

• Hands-on experience in delivering IT security services such as SIEM, Vulnerability management, End Point Security
• Knowledge regarding PCI-DSS compliance and GDPR implementation
• Security-related certificates like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+

The estimated annual salary for this position is PLN 120,000 - 180,000 (approximately EUR 27,000 - 41,000), depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include a performance-based bonus system, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive health insurance plan.
