Job Description:

Gerresheimer is seeking a highly skilled Senior Packaging Project Manager to join their team in Bolesławiec. As a key member of the Packaging Development team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify project data and ensure accurate project execution
  • Manage the project design process and oversee project implementation
  • Develop necessary information for new project launches (BIS)
  • Report project status and progress
  • Participate in product development and implementation, as well as process improvement initiatives
  • Report project status and changes
  • Provide technical support to clients
  • Collaborate in problem-solving and process improvement
  • Create product specifications
  • Create material specifications

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education
  • Experience in project management and team leadership
  • Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2)
  • Preferred: knowledge of plastics processing and plastic products
  • Technical knowledge of technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and MS Project
  • Openness, ease of building relationships, attention to detail
  • Flexibility, planning, and organizational skills
  • Practical knowledge of necessary tools for problem analysis and resolution
  • High work ethic
  • Customer-oriented approach
