About the Role

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating acquisition campaigns across various platforms, and ensuring performance is tracked effectively. Your key tasks will include:

  • Managing relationships with clients – Keeping them updated and informed about their progress.
  • Coordinating Acquisition campaigns – Working with media buyers and the creative team to launch and optimize ad campaigns.
  • Helping brands grow – Understanding their business goals, marketing strategies, and what drives sales.
  • Using data insights – Reviewing performance reports, identifying trends, and collaborating with media buyers to suggest optimizations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in account or project management at a performance marketing agency or on brand side (DTC experience is a plus).
  • A good understanding of performance marketing principles, including paid media, creative strategy, stages of awareness, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to manage client expectations and explain campaign performance.
  • A problem-solving mindset to take initiative, stay organized, and find solutions.
  • Comfort with data and AI tools to interpret marketing data and work with AI-driven insights.
