Project Manager for Renewable Energy

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the development and execution of solar and wind farm projects in Poland. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and experience in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of solar and wind farm projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and external stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee all stages of project development, including site selection, permitting, design, and construction.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, communities, and landowners to foster positive relationships.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and key milestones.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of solar and wind energy project development processes, including permitting, construction, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Fluent in both English and Polish (written and spoken).
  • A degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field would be an advantage.
