Commercial Lawyer

In this exciting opportunity, you will:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for our News business, including license agreements and other related media distribution agreements.
• Provide practical day-to-day commercial legal support to our global teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify creative legal solutions for commercial transactions and mitigate risks.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience working in an in-house legal department and/or law firm negotiating and drafting licensing and other commercial agreements.
• Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing of a Bar Council in Poland.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of professional integrity and ability to take initiative.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
