Key Responsibilities

We're seeking a skilled Retail Solutions Back Office Europe Technical Product Owner to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Vendor management and SPOC for the key vendor.
  • Maintaining the product roadmap, together with key stakeholders, delivering on the vision and strategy for the domain.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Product owners, product lead, and subject matter experts in the application team to define and prioritize new features.
  • Create and maintain a dependency map, understanding the applications and integrations involved in delivering on the full service/experience.
  • Continually develop features and the technical setup of the solution to simplify and optimize the operational setup.
  • Ensure cost-optimal solutions with low TCO, forecasting, and cost management.

You will work closely with the solutions architecture team, product owners, and subject matter experts to develop features and optimize the technical setup of the solution.

Additionally, you will be responsible for cost-optimal solutions with low total cost of ownership (TCO), forecasting, and cost management.
