Job Title: Back-End / Full-Stack Developer with C++ Expertise

Job Description:

The Dispatch and Logging team at Motorola Solutions is seeking a skilled Back-End / Full-Stack Developer with expertise in C++. As a key member of a cross-functional Scrum Team, you will participate in the end-to-end development process, collaborating closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to solve challenging back-end problems using C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and expanding their knowledge towards front-end development with the Angular Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop mission-critical products using C++ and other technologies
  • Collaborate with the Scrum Team to deliver high-quality software
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a back-end developer (C/C++)
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js
  • Willingness to quickly learn and apply the Angular Framework
  • Ability to work on any problem type (full-stack development approach & support for the complete development life cycle)
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent level of English
  • Agile mindset
