We are Semantive, a leading multi-cloud services company, and we're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cloud transformation team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and professional service delivery.
  • Deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Manage multiple work streams within a project, advising on process improvements to maximize client benefits.
  • Coordinate resource allocation, ensuring development teams have the necessary tools, materials, and time to execute tasks effectively.
  • Foster effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and progress.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure necessary materials and resources are available to ensure meetings are efficient and productive.
  • Motivate and manage project teams to work together productively, maximizing effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders, providing clear insights into project status, risks, and key decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a minimum of 4 years managing software development projects or working closely with development teams.
  • Previous experience working within IT environments or technical teams, with a clear understanding of the technical landscape, including software development lifecycle and infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving project issues, and ensuring the team remains on track.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Being proactive and having critical-thinking skills.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
