Your Contribution to Success- We seek an experienced professional to conduct initial process assessments and manage transition and optimization projects.
- This includes defining, planning (schedule, tasks, and resources), managing, controlling, and summarizing projects.
- The ideal candidate will map processes and ensure necessary documentation for processes undergoing transition or optimization.
- They will also ensure proper knowledge transfer regarding transferred/optimized processes.
- Coordinating activities and tasks among project team members and other internal departments to achieve project goals and ensure project timeliness is a key responsibility.
- Sharing knowledge and insights with other teams and project team members is also essential.
- The successful candidate will actively identify risks and escalate as needed.
- Regular meetings with all stakeholders (international work environment) to gather status and discuss project-related issues will be conducted.
- Creating reports and presentations for management is a key deliverable.
