Job Opportunity: Polish Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Poland. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about sales.

About the Role

This full-time employment contract position involves managing the country's sales operations, advising specialist retailers of sun shading systems, and implementing sales plans. The successful candidate will work closely with our customers, building long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Country management and sales strategy implementation
  • Collaboration with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • New customer acquisition and relationship development
  • Commercial and technical inquiries from customers
  • Presentation of products and training sessions for customers
  • Participation in sales events such as trade shows and open days
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience as a Sales Manager in the technical industry (experience in the window coverings industry is welcome)
  • Succesfully completed technical and/or sales training
  • Excellent negotiation skills in Polish and English
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level (a prerequisite)
  • Ability to inspire our customers
  • A willingness to work flexibly and travel frequently within Poland

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
