Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Anti-Fraud Professional to join our team at ING.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating fraud alerts, analyzing data to identify trends, and working within established procedures to minimize damage and impact of fraud to the organization and customers.

You will be part of a cross-border operational team responsible for end-to-end handling of fraud alerts and signals, including evaluation and preventive measures. Additionally, you will contribute to discussions on new tactics, process optimization, and building group standards in the fight against fraudsters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) for speaking and writing
  • Basic knowledge of cybercrime threats, such as phishing, malware, and social engineering attacks
  • Experience in operational work and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Initiative, commitment, and openness to new challenges
  • Ability to work 24/7 in hybrid mode (shift work)
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in working in an international environment, knowledge of AGILE Way of Working, good knowledge of Excel, and SQL basics are considered valuable assets.
