Job Overview

  • Design, implement, and maintain international HR IT systems, encompassing applicant tracking, learning management, and talent management applications.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate HR IT tools seamlessly with internal and external systems/services.
  • Diagnose, resolve, and test technical issues related to integration code, software, hardware, devices, and endpoints, providing solutions or workarounds.
  • Evaluate the stable operation and support of relevant applications.
  • Develop and assess technical specifications, coordinate with IT infrastructure, and conduct tests and documentation.
  • Offer guidance and work closely with international HR teams.
  • Provide second- and third-level support.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in HR consulting, working with Employee Lifecycle HR IT applications, or integrating HR IT systems.
  • Strong knowledge of interface and database technologies (e.g., XML, SQL, JSON).
  • Proficient in supporting cloud-based applications, including requirements gathering, interfacing, and setup.
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI).
  • Ability to work independently and possess a solution-focused, service-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English (B2 level minimum); German language skills are a plus.
