Job Description
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and business plans to drive business growth.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytics, reporting, and consultations to support business decisions.
  • Create value by converting financial data into actionable insights.
  • Lead projects focused on standardization and process improvements.
  • Analyze variances and provide commentary to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to drive business performance.
  • Develop reports tailored to various stakeholders' needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end month-end closing process.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, audit, or similar finance roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to derive meaningful conclusions from financial data.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics.
  • Familiarity with IFRS or local GAAP.
  • Experience with Power BI, Hyperion, MS Office, SAP, or other financial systems will be an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
