Job Title: CO Analyst - Customer Service Auto & Aero Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled CO Analyst to join our team in the Customer Service Auto & Aero department. As a CO Analyst, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling customer transactions, and reviewing purchase order requirements to ensure compliance with 3M terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage customer relationships and be the single point of contact for all queries and issues encountered.
- Handle customer transactions related to order management, order status, inquiries regarding backorders and proofs of delivery.
- Review purchase order requirements to ensure compliance with 3M terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal logistics, Customer Issue Resolution, and collection team to guarantee service quality and resolve claims.
- Participate in customer meetings to identify areas of opportunity to improve customer satisfaction, communication, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Equivalent professional experience (minimum 2 years).
- Strong skills of ERP and CRM systems (SAP and SalesForce desirable).
- French and English at minimum C1 level (knowledge of any additional European languages will be an asset).
