About the Job Description

The job description outlines the key responsibilities and qualifications required for the role. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Cucumber and Playwright along with tools like Postman REST Assured.
  • Create reusable test scripts for both UI and API testing within the existing frameworks.
  • Develop and execute API test cases to validate backend services, ensuring seamless integration with front end component.
  • Create and manage test cases in Xray integrated with Jira, ensuring traceability to requirements and coverage for both UI and API layers.
  • Execute automated tests across multiple platforms and environments.
  • Sync automated test results back to Xray, generating detailed reports.
  • Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing.
  • Identify, document and track defects in Jira while collaborating with developers for resolution.
