About the Role

This Sales Manager role has significant travel requirements; up to 75% of the time. You will primarily work with large prospective end-users to ensure Carrier Transicold is their product of choice.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain aggressive account growth plans of top customers in Poland and execute those plans.
  • Lead complex negotiations, define value propositions and strategies to improve the company's position and ensure long-term contracts and recurrent revenue streams.
  • Deliver on financial objectives in conjunction with Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of sales management experience in automotive, or related industry in professional positions with increasing responsibility.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
