As a Senior Java Developer with German language skills, you will be part of our Financial Services Cloud practice, providing digital solutions for our clients and building scalable, secure, and experience-oriented systems. You will transform applications into a more modern approach, like microservices, and introduce green field ideas by choosing the best technology and architectural stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will design and develop applications for external clients using Java technology.
  • You will work with Azure Cloud, microservices, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • You will focus on quality standards – for example, by using TDD, delivering good unit test coverage.
  • You will cooperate with the Scrum Master and the development team to ensure that client needs are covered.
  • You will have extensive opportunities to deepen technical and business knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
  • You must have minimum 5 years of experience as a Java developer, preferably connected with automotive/banking/financial industry.
  • You must have minimum B1 level of spoken German.
  • You must have good communication in English and Polish.
  • You must have experience with Azure Cloud.
  • You must have experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Gitlab).
  • You must have ability to write clean code in accordance with modern programming standards (TDD approach, code reviews, unit testing).
  • You must have experience in designing REST APIs and implementing RESTful services and in designing databases using SQL, Oracle/SQL Server, Redis.

Nice to have:

  • You should have knowledge of cloud-native approaches such as Docker, Kubernetes.
  • You should have team leading experience.
  • You should have good knowledge of agile project management frameworks – Scrum and/or Kanban.
