Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational work in the threat intelligence space, ensuring the highest level of security and integrity.
  • Contribute to analysis and research projects, utilizing expertise in threat intelligence and cybersecurity.
  • Develop and deliver performance reports and operational stakeholder briefings, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of threat intelligence into our operations.
  • Support daily intelligence operations activities, including coaching of colleagues on threat intelligence best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in Cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of the threat landscape, threat actors, and their motivations.
  • Experience with solutions/data engineering in a security operations environment, as well as a strong understanding of attack vectors and mitigation techniques.
  • Expertise in intelligence analysis techniques and methodologies, including the intelligence cycle and its implementation in a business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and communicate effectively on all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a comparable degree.
  • Cyber Threat Intelligence certification, preferably SANS FOR578 training and GCTI Certificate.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the geopolitical climate and its impact on cybersecurity.
  • Experience working in a complex and challenging environment, with a strong network within international security initiatives.
  • Proven expertise in cybersecurity and intelligence, with experience working with commercial and open-source TIP products and intelligence sources.
  • Experience working with threat intelligence frameworks and concepts like the Kill Chain and ATT&CK.
  • Experience working in the financial sector, with a strong understanding of the industry's unique cybersecurity challenges.
