Job Description

As a Solution Software Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of software solutions that meet both business and technical requirements. You will define and maintain architecture standards and best practices for scalable and maintainable systems, modernize the architecture of existing solutions, and collaborate with development teams to design, review, and implement system architecture.

Requirements

  • Expertise in designing complex, scalable, modular software architectures (microservices, serverless, cloud-based), event-driven architecture, and experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Proficiency in one or more object-oriented programming languages, preferably Java and Spring Boot.
  • Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and cloud-native tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Experience with relational (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful and Async APIs.
  • Deep understanding of security best practices, including encryption, authentication, and network security.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization tools (e.g., Grafana) and load testing methodologies.
  • Ability to lead technical teams, provide mentorship, and foster collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
  • Very good English and Polish language skills.
