Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

The EHS Program Manager plays a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Cisco's global EHS programs.
This role ensures compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations and internal policies. The EHS Program Manager works cross-functionally with various departments to promote a safety culture throughout the organization.
Responsibilities- Support local OHS activities as detailed in local regulations.
- Support regional EHS initiatives.
- Work together with the EHS team to support local EHS compliance and conformance programs.
- Promote corporate safety initiatives.
- Drive process improvement using data-driven decision making.
- EHS administrative support.
- Provide EHS training and education.
- Take part in incident investigations and root cause analyses.
- Participate in EHS led audits, risk assessments, and inspections.
- Manage EHS documentation and records.
- Masters degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Pedagogical certification to conduct OHS initial training.
- Demonstrated experience providing periodic training for occupational health and safety services.
- High level of English language capabilities (reading, writing, and verbal communication).
- Experience working on international OHS teams.
