Job Description:

Overview

We offer a chance to shape and grow HR practices within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, supporting employees' experiences and career journeys. Our ideal candidate has a proven background in HR and/or Recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Facilitate supportive conversations with employees, understand their needs, address concerns, and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Career Development: Design innovative development and career progression plans that inspire growth and align with organizational goals.
  • Recruitment for Technical Roles: Own end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, including crafting compelling job advertisements, sourcing top talent, and conducting interviews to identify the best candidates.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Seamlessly manage onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared, overseeing offboarding processes with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner closely with team managers to provide strategic HR insights and support, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: A background in HR and/or Recruitment.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: A natural ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and connect with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Language Proficiency: Command of English at minimum B2 level.
  • Proactive Mindset: A 'can-do' attitude that embraces challenges and drives solutions.
  • Basic Understanding of Technology: Familiarity with IT roles and technical skills is a plus, helping you better understand recruiting for specialized positions.
