Job Title

Junior Marketing & Employer Branding Specialist

Responsibilities

Your role will involve:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging materials, including graphics, presentations, banners, website copy, and social media content
  • Event Management: Assist with promotional activities, focusing on company events like Townhalls and VML Day
  • Employer Branding & Marketing: Design and implement initiatives to attract and retain top talent
  • Internal Communications: Oversee internal communications via channels like MS Teams and internal newsletters
  • Recruitment Marketing: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to create and execute effective recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Creative Development: Produce creative materials for various internal and external communication purposes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Social Media, Marketing Communications, Employer Branding, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a corporate setting or an advertising agency
  • Solid understanding of marketing and employer branding principles
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Polish
  • A creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and design
